Online appointments must be made 24 hours prior to the day and time of the actual appointment.
If you are 15 minutes (or more) late for your appointment, it will be cancelled. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, such as the color of your polish or the shape of your nails, please let us know immediately so we can fix it right away. We will only correct the services within two days.
If you have any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of, please let us know before beginning your services. We will not be responsible for any adverse reactions due to circumstances of which we were not informed.
Elegant Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items or damage to personal items.
Children may not be left alone at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
